Creating Positive Change.

Our first program:

'Or Hadash'

Or Hadash is a unique program for young adults who visit Israel as foreign students, aimed at strengthening their connection to the Jewish People and Jewish values over the course of their year in Israel and continuing that connection after their year in Israel end.

the ‘Or Hadash’ framework will create a holistic support system to help participants better acclimate into the fabric of Israeli society should they choose to make aliyah and build their future in Israel.

Target audience

After conducting extensive research, we have decided to focus on a sector with particularly high aliyah potential: Every year, some 2,500 young Jews from modern orthodox backgrounds participate in one-year programs in Israel. These young adults have a strong connection to Jewish tradition and to Israel, and the institutions in which they spend their year in Israel share these positive attitudes to Israel and Jewish values. These characteristics significantly increase the likelihood of aliyah, making this population a natural choice for the “Or Hadash” Program.

We believe that the "Or Hadash' Program will lead to a significant shift in aliyah trends among participants, and will be the first stage in a larger program that addresses additional segments of the Jewish community and encourages aliyah.
